Firm Overview

Fred Bremseth and the lawyers at the Bremseth Law Firm have dedicated their entire legal careers to representing injured individuals and their families. The Bremseth Law Firm had its beginnings in 1978 when Fred Bremseth first began his law career in the personal injury practice in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Over the ensuing thirty-plus years Fred and his firm have continued to fight and advocate for the rights of injured workers, union members, individuals and families who have been wronged by corporate negligence and misconduct.

At the Bremseth Law Firm we prepare every case for trial. Most cases settle out-of-court for that very reason. The railroads know that we can prove their negligence in court if need be. Fred has a very knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated staff of lawyers, paralegals and ex-railroaders to assist in the pretrial preparations and investigations.

The Bremseth Law Firm is committed to serve our clients on an individual basis. We pride ourselves on our dedication to obtain full justice under the law for each and every client. Holding the railroads, large corporations and insurance companies accountable for their negligence and wrongful conduct is the principle societal purpose of the civil justice tort system. In our daily efforts, we strive to advance the greater societal interest in safety and the prevention of needless injury.
