Fred Bremseth and the lawyers at the Bremseth Law Firm have dedicated their entire legal careers to representing injured individuals and their families. The Bremseth Law Firm had its beginnings in 1978 when Fred Bremseth first began his law career in the personal injury practice in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Over the ensuing thirty-plus years Fred and his firm have continued to fight and advocate for the rights of injured workers, union members, individuals and families who have been wronged by corporate negligence and misconduct. Today, the Bremseth Firm has offices in Montana and Minnesota, and has local counsel offices in most major cities in the western half of the country. We have represented clients, and presented jury trials, in state and federal courts in nearly all of the western states. We are regularly asked to associate with local counsel in many cities around the country to represent injured railroad employees and their families, due to our expertise and jury trial successes in this very specialized area of the law.
The Bremseth Firm is recognized throughout the country for its aggressive representation on behalf of our clients, for its willingness to take the most difficult of cases, and for its record verdicts and precedent setting victories. The Bremseth Firm has successfully handled major injury claims involving quadriplegia, traumatic brain injury, amputation, toxic torts, trucking and auto collision cases, medical negligence cases, birth defects, product liability cases, and railroad injury cases. We routinely present cases against the major class one railroads, including BNSF, Union Pacific, and CP Rail. We have presented cases against the largest drug manufactures for defective drug products and against the largest insurance companies in the country.
Fred Bremseth has been honored nationally by selection into the "100 Top Trial Lawyers" by the American Trial Lawyers Association. This is an honor awarded to a very few select trial lawyers in the country based upon their career trial results. He has also been honored and invited into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and the Minnesota Million Dollar Round Table, for the number and amounts of his jury verdicts and settlements in excess of a million dollars. Fred has appeared on National Public television for his precedent setting drug product liability litigation involving birth defects and other complex medical-legal issues. He is often asked to present educational seminars around the country on current railroad issues, trial advocacy skills, and is often asked to associate with other lawyers across the country on a variety of injury cases. The Bremseth Firm continues its involvement in the American Association for Justice, the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys, and the American Bar Association.
The Bremseth Law Firm is committed to serve our clients on an individual basis. We pride ourselves on our dedication to obtain full justice under the law for each and every client. Holding the railroads, large corporations and insurance companies accountable for their negligence and wrongful conduct is the principle societal purpose of the civil justice tort system. We are honored and proud to be a part of this system of justice. In our daily efforts, we strive to advance the greater societal interest in safety and the prevention of needless injury, while striving to obtain the highest awards and settlements for our clients, according to law.
